3.  Finally, the driver will contact you when nearing the delivery location.  At delivery, you will have the opportunity to inspect and note any pre-existing damage listed prior to pick up.  Please be certain to note if there is any damage not already on the Bill of Lading prior to signing the form for delivery.  At this time, the balance is due to the driver in the form of cash, money order or cashiers check.

2. When your carrier arrives, he will inspect your vehicle for any pre-existing damage, providing you (or the person you authorize to release your vehicle) with a copy of this report.  Your vehicle will be loaded onto the trailer for transport.  Throughout the transport, your logistics specialist will track your vehicle and keep you updated on its progress.  Within 24 hours of delivery, your logistics specialist will contact you to schedule a convenient time for drop-off of your vehicle.
